We provide a signup flow that enables businesses to create and configure a WhatsApp Business Account through Meta's Embedded Signup process. We facilitate the technical onboarding but are not responsible for the operation of the WhatsApp platform itself.

3. User Responsibilities

• Comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and applicable laws
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not use the service for spam, fraud, or any illegal purpose

4. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by Meta's terms and policies. We are not liable for any issues arising from Meta's services.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
